Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We use FedEx to deliver our orders. A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier. You will receive an automatic email notification when your item(s) have been shipped. A physical address is required for all shipments at the checkout process. Please do not enter a P.O. Box.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order before it is placed.

If an item in your order is on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship it to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Policy
To return a product, notify Pendulum, LLC customer service at (888) 815-8250.

Products Authorized For Return:

  • Products shipped in error by Pendulum, LLC 
  • Products damaged in shipping 
  • Defective products 

Pendulum, LLC will arrange to have a shipping carrier pick-up defective products and/or products shipped in error at no charge to the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a full credit, for the item(s) returned, not to include S&H fees, will be refunded to the payment form originally used to purchase the item(s). An email notification will be sent when refund has been processed. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for credit to appear with your bank or creditor.

Products Not Authorized For Return:

  • Any products that have been damaged during return shipping 
  • Discontinued products may not be returned more than 30 days after purchase

Restocking Charges
Returns that are not the responsibility of Pendulum, LLC are subject to the following administrative fees:

  • 15% of the value of the item (but no more than $7.50/returned package.) Minimum fee of $7.50 per return transaction 
  • The customer is responsible for returning item in re-saleable condition no more than 30 days from contacting Pendulum for return authorization 
  • Pendulum will provide a traceable FedEx return label to provide proof of delivery. Lost packages cannot be credited
